Daniele, originally from Italy, is Nembeer’s master brewer, renowned for his deep passion for beer history and his skill in the art of brewing. His partner, Oana, serves as project manager and has a career in archaeology, working as a researcher at the National Museum of Transylvanian History. Together, they form a dedicated team that combines historical and scientific knowledge with the craft of brewing to create exceptional products.

• Amarilla (APA): An American Pale Ale with a golden-yellow hue and a medium body. The dominant flavors of Amarillo Gold hops bring citrusy and floral notes, complemented by a hint of caramel. In 2023, Daniele and Oana acquired the historic building "Butoiul de Aur" (The Golden Barrel), located at Strada Turnului no. 4 in the heart of Sibiu. This iconic location, with a long history, has been transformed into an exceptional brewery where tradition harmoniously blends with innovation.
